Nicki Minaj – $11,500
Looking at photos of Nicki Minaj, it seems evident to some that the rapper has had buttocks implants, breast augmentations, and a nose job – to name just a few of the more noticeable procedures.
However, Nicki has denied all of the above and claims that her appearance is the result of diet, exercise, and makeup. Um, what exercise can make your chest grow several cup sizes?! That being said, Nicki doesn’t seem to mind the speculation. “As long as they’re talking about Nicki Minaj, I’m good.”
Heidi Montag – $1,000,000
Heidi Montag was once a wealthy reality star but she’s lost most of her fortune and she blames her various plastic surgeries for swiftly draining her bank account. At the age of 23, Heidi had a whopping 10 surgeries performed in just one day!
The reality star says that she’s pleased with the results of the procedures but she still “sometimes” regrets getting them done. She specifically mentioned the dangers of her procedures and the difficult recovery process, saying that fans should take such decisions more seriously than she did.
Victoria Beckham – $12,956
Victoria Beckham has always said that she wouldn’t get plastic surgery, with the exception of a breast augmentation, which she’s since reversed. However, a recent interview has made it pretty apparent to fans that Posh Spice has had some fillers and injections.
Chances are that it was more noticeable in her recent appearances as the procedures were freshly done, so the swelling hadn’t gone down yet. Victoria’s probably been getting these injections on a regular basis but usually times them around her public appearances.

Kylie Jenner was just nine years old when filming the first season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. That, paired with the fact that the Kardashian family is notorious for getting cosmetic procedures, makes it extremely difficult to discern what changes in Kylie’s appearance are the results of puberty and which ones are from plastic surgery.
Most people believe that the now-25-year-old had had lip fillers, butt implants, breast augmentation, and post-pregnancy liposuction. At the time of writing, Kylie has only confirmed the lip fillers and nothing more.

Lil’ Kim has returned from her career hiatus and, while fans are delighted to have the rapper back, people have been shocked by Kim’s new appearance. Lil’ Kim has had a nose job, breast augmentation, liposuction, lip implants, and lightened her skin.

Jennifer Aniston has had two nose jobs but she insists that she hasn’t undergone any other surgeries. Although she hasn’t had a lot of work done, the actress has been open with fans about the fact that her beauty is the result of a lot of expensive procedures.
As she hilariously posted on her Instagram, “I’m just a girl… standing with hair and makeup. A stylist. A photographer. A lighting crew, wind machine, props, and a computer… asking you to think I woke up like this.”
Kourtney Kardashian – $25,000
Kourtney Kardashian is often praised as being one of the most natural of the Kardashian clan. While there have been endless rumors and speculations that the reality star has had multiple fillers, injections, and even a butt job, Kourtney insists that she’s only ever had one procedure.
Kourtney got a breast augmentation when she was 21 years old but now says that she regrets it as she feels she looked “cute” before the surgery.
