As the world knows the inseparable and close bond between humans and dogs, there are instances which enhance one’s faith in this bond. A man named Steve Greig felt crushed for months at a stretch after his dog passed. That is when he decided to go the Denver, Colorado’s local shelter and adopted old dogs who were least adoptable and senior dogs who are most often overlooked. Even after months of Steve’s dog death, he felt crushed.
Even after two months, Steve felt really horrible about his dog.
That is when he decided that he could only feel better if something good was top happen from the entire thing of his dog’s death.
Thus, he adopted a Chihuahua of 12 years with four bad knees and a heart murmur.
And that was just the starting of all the animals he has at his home!
Today, Steve is a proud human with 10 old shelter dogs to look after.
His normal day starts at 5 in the morning to make breakfast for all his dogs.
Since the dogs are 10 with varied diets requirements.
He accompanies them to vet and grooming appointments.
And dispenses medicines to the dogs with health problems!
He comes home during lunch for letting the dogs out and treating them.
In Steve’s absence, the dogs express themselves and how.
Steve has grown up with lots of pet.
Both his parents were animal lovers.
Steve was allowed to have any pet by his parents as long as he took care of it.
He thinks old dogs are simply wiser.
The dogs make him like home.
He feels satisfied to know that all the old dogs feel loved and happy and are well taken care of.
All his pets make his days’ worth it.
