A Buzzfeed came across a study that shows that there are two types of sleep. These sleeping patterns are monophasic pattern and polyphasic pattern. In monophasic pattern a person sleeps for 7-8 hours at a stretch whereas in polyphasic sleep, a person divides the time. This guy attempts the same methodology and tries to sleep five hours a day.
